CLEAN Peanut Butter Cups

If you are like me and LOVE peanut butter or nut butter for that matter you are always looking for a way to “sneak” it in. This is a way for me to take 2 things I love, peanut butter and Shakeology and create a clean treat for when I have a sweet craving. It’s also a way to get in extra protein, which many of us lack.

Ingredients:

*1 Scoop Shakeology protein powder
*Natural Peanut Butter (can use powdered pb if you desire)
*Approx. 2.5 TBSP of Water or Almond Milk
*Honey or Agave(optional)

{I used a silicone muffin mold. I have not tried these with a regular muffin tin so I can’t say how they might turn out if at all different from this method. The silicone molds work perfectly to pop the little cups out when they are set, and there is no mess or need for knives or even greasing the pan. So, that being said, I suggest you try it with a silicone mold. Any kind will work.}

*If they are too frozen let them thaw for 2-3 mins then enjoy!
