I have NO time…

I have NO time…

Seems to be a common excuse I have been hearing lately. I have NO time… is just the grown up version of “the dog ate my homework”. If want something bad enough, you will make the time for it. Like working out, I have gotten quite a few of these excuses lately. That excuse does not fly with me. I have had challengers who work at their jobs from 8am-12am and would make time to workout. I have clients who come to workout with me on their lunch breaks just so they can get in their workouts. I have coaches that have both full time jobs and part time jobs, and couple kids and still find time to fit in their workouts AND coach others with their fitness goals. They have to manage their time wisely, but they make time for what is important to them. What it boils down to is this, are you willing to do what it takes to make time for what is important to you or not?
